Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints, please address them in writing to The Practice Manager.

Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception. We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Test Results
Enquiries about results should be made after 12:30pm. In order tomaintain confidentiality, laboratory results will only be given directly to the patient or carer.

Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who are housebound and for those who are too ill and cannot attend the surgery. Please call the surgery before 11.00am if you wish to request a home visit. Please give a brief description of the symptoms and give a contact telephone number.
