Patient Registration

We welcome new patients living within the practice boundary. Please check with our reception staff for the practice boundary area. If you wish to join the practice, please telephone or visit the surgery where one of the staff will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.

When you visit the practice to register, you must bring with you recent (with in last 6wks) proof of address. This can be bank statements, household bills etc.

You will then be given the necessary forms to complete

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Test Results
Enquiries about results should be made after 12:30pm. In order tomaintain confidentiality, laboratory results will only be given directly to the patient or carer.

Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who are housebound and for those who are too ill and cannot attend the surgery. Please call the surgery before 11.00am if you wish to request a home visit. Please give a brief description of the symptoms and give a contact telephone number.
