diaryAppointment System

All patients are seen by appointment, and can be seen during morning or afternoon clinics. Appointments are booked for 10 minutes, but we realise some problems may need more time. We ask you to be patient if we are running late.Urgent cases are always seen on the same day either by the nurse practitioner or the doctor.

Cancellations

Please let us know if you cannot keep your appointment. It could be offered to another patient.

Test Results
Enquiries about results should be made after 12:30pm. In order tomaintain confidentiality, laboratory results will only be given directly to the patient or carer.

Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who are housebound and for those who are too ill and cannot attend the surgery. Please call the surgery before 11.00am if you wish to request a home visit. Please give a brief description of the symptoms and give a contact telephone number.
